About The Yellow Barn

The Yellow Barn is your home in Ann Arbor for Community Supported Culture (CSC). Each week come and get your share of folk, funk, jazz, spoken word, arts and healing. The Yellow Barn’s mission is to encourage healing and the development of the visual, performing and literary arts. Of particular interest is work that crosses boundaries, encouraging social connections and diverse dialogues.

For over twenty years The Yellow Barn has provided a collective space for creativity and community building. We are working together as a community to provide a venue where you’ll find evening classes, concerts and performances which are family-friendly, affordable, and open to the public: a place to build your practice, share art, and create community.

For those interested in offering classes, we offer space to teach courses to the larger community. Our goal is to help you offer the classes you’ve always wanted to provide, and make Ann Arbor more vibrant through music, performance, and learning.

We invite you to become part of the Yellow Barn by becoming a Yellow Card Member. Click here to find out more.
